1. Essential browser storage
Cookies are small files. Local storage and session storage keep information in your browser in a similar way. ITCGA uses the following first-party storage to provide the functions you request.
| Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|

Member & staff sign-initcga.auth.v1itcga.admin.auth.v1 | Keeps each sign-in in its own browser session. Verification and recovery use temporary continuation markers. | Tab session, logout or expiry. The password continuation marker is valid for up to 30 minutes. Your browser may restore a previous tab session. |
Course cartitcga-preview-cart-v1 | Remembers the course items you select. | Until removed from your cart or cleared in your browser. The site does not set an automatic expiry. |
| Checkout continuation | Prevents a retry from creating an unrelated payment attempt. Used only when checkout is available. | Tab session; cleared on completion or when the relevant attempt is reset. |
WhatsApp display preferenceitcga-whatsapp-dismissed | Remembers when you hide the contact shortcut. | Until you clear site storage. The site does not set an automatic expiry. |
2. Optional analytics & advertising
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may load on public pages after you allow analytics. They help us understand visits and course-page use. They do not load on member, sign-in or administration pages through our website measurement code.
Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_* distinguish visits and sessions. Google's default lifetime is two years; browser limits may shorten it. See Google's cookie information and Google's Privacy Policy.
After you allow marketing, the Meta Pixel may load on eligible public pages to measure advertising and page visits. It does not load through our measurement code on private account, sign-in, administration or payment pages, or on pages containing query strings or fragments. Meta may receive the page address and browser or network signals. Our Pixel code does not send contact-form answers, patient information or account details. Meta may use browser identifiers or cookies such as _fbp; their availability and duration depend on Meta and your browser. See Meta's Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
When you withdraw analytics or marketing consent, the website stops new optional measurement, removes recognised optional cookies and reloads to apply the change. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by a provider.
3. Security & external services
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine requests from automated abuse. This involves security checks of browser and network signals. Read Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Notice.
Clicking an external service such as WhatsApp or playing an external video connects you to that provider. That service's own privacy and storage rules then apply. Card payment and Academy video services will be explained before their use when those features are available.
4. Managing or deleting storage
You can remove site data or block storage in your browser settings. This may sign you out, empty your cart or prevent a requested function from working. Clearing our consent record means we will ask for your choice again.
