Clarity at every step
These are the status types planned for the certificate registry. They are explanations, not a verification of your certificate.
Go to certificate lookup- Valid
- A matching record is found and marked valid. Compare the displayed details with the certificate.
- Record not found
- Check the complete ID and try again. A missing result alone does not prove a certificate is invalid.
- Revoked
- The record is marked as no longer valid. Contact ITCGA if you need clarification.
- Service unavailable
- The registry could not be reached. Try later or ask our team to check the document.
HELP WITH VERIFICATION
A few useful answers
What does certificate verification confirm?
It checks whether a document corresponds to a record issued by ITCGA and shows its recorded status. A training certificate is not a medical licence or a substitute for professional registration.
Can I scan the QR code on my phone?
Yes. Select “Scan QR with your camera”, allow camera access and hold the code inside the frame. The scanner fills in supported Certificate IDs without uploading camera images. If your browser cannot access the camera, enter the ID or full name instead.
My Certificate ID is missing or does not match. What should I do?
Check for missing characters and letter–number mix-ups first. If you still need help, contact ITCGA with your course name, date and certificate reference, if available. Our team can advise on the next step.
Do I need to upload my certificate?
No upload is needed for this lookup. Enter only the Certificate ID. If our team needs a copy to investigate an enquiry, they will guide you separately.
